Terroir driven rum produced using the sucrose rich sugar cane variant known as Lacalome Red. The Dunfermline Estate is located on the east coast of Grenada, and the clay loam soil is perfect for growing Lacalome Red sugar cane. Fully distilled using pot stills and bottled at 50%ABV.
