We’ve got a lot of love for Killowen at HopScotch, and when we saw this one released we had to grab a bottle. This release was distilled in 2020 and left to mature for 3 years before being bottled in 2024 at 61.12%ABV. Matured in an ex-Blackberry rum cask. The Barántúil range is 100% distilled at Killowen in the Mourne Mountains, Northern Ireland.
