Distilled in 2016 and left to mature for 8 years including a finishing period in a Portuguese brandy cask before being bottled in 2024 at 56.6%ABV.  This cask was chosen by ‘Shake the Farm’ winner – Alex Holmes.  Peated to 50ppm.
