This is a blended Japanese malt blended at the Chichibu distillery and bottled at 46.5%ABV.  The MWR stands for Mizunara Wood Reserve, meaning this whisky has been partially matured in Japanese Mizunara wood.  Mizunara is Japanese oak, a sub-species of Mongolian oak and is particularly rare – only a few hundred casks are created each year
