Distilled in 1989 and left to mature for 30 years predominantly in a refill ex-Bourbon hogshead before being transferred to a 2nd fill toasted hogshead for a short finishing period. Bottled at 49.2%ABV. Very soft, waxy, floral, and fruity. Ticks a lot of boxes for me.
