We’ll select 12 drams of the really good stuff from what’s currently circulating on the backbar, making sure to include a good range of styles. Everything we have is interesting, usually single cask, and only stuff that we would like to drink ourselves, in other words all killer no filler! This is the high end box, so will include 12 drams of some of the best stuff on the bar.
